Manage Administration and Billing functions
Description
Responsible for the day to day administrative tasks required to keep the medical office running smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshoot any problems that arise that are patient, staff or building related. Assist staff with staying on task and backing up staff by providing patient care as needed. Be the point of contact at the Clinic locations when employees and administrative staff within the company need to communicate with our locations. Arrange and execute any changes to workflow that are requested by the administration and on-site physician. Be the eyes and ears in the clinic to communicate needs and concerns to the Admin Team.
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably at a healthcare practice
- Minimum of 2 years in supervisory position
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical billing experience
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with individuals of all levels
- Strong understanding of HIPAA
- Problem solving skills with ability to make decisive decisions
- Forward thinking
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, letters, memos and emails.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to research and analyze data.
- Proficient use of Google Docs and internet resources.
