ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: PRIORITY RECRUITMENT
Provides assistance to the providers of the clinic and is responsible and accountable for the direct and indirect care for outpatients receiving treatment, examinations, medications and other care services.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of /Skill/Ability to: Must have basic medication and vaccine knowledge. A thorough knowledge of nursing principals and procedures; knowledge and skills in technique of good patient care.
License/Certifications:
Current unencumbered Oregon LPN License
Current unencumbered Washington State LPN License
Current BLS through American Heart Association
Current unencumbered Oregon LPN License
Current unencumbered Washington State LPN License
Current BLS through American Heart Association
Education and/or Experience
Ambulatory experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance
May be exposed to infection when cleaning contaminated rooms. Work is in fast-paced, changing environment. Normal or corrected vision and hearing required. Must speak, read, write and understand English. Dexterity required to operate equipment. Must have knowledge of medical terminology and possess verbal and clerical skills. Works inside. Walking and standing much of time while on duty. Occasional long shift necessary. Occasional lifting and transferring patients unassisted. Lifts or carries up to 50 pounds. Fast paced environment.
