The pharmacy manager position is responsible for the operation and management of the inpatient and infusion pharmacy operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications throughout the hospital system. The pharmacy manager acts as the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program Leader. In addition, they organize and implement pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with established policies of the hospital and standards of good pharmacy practice.

License/Certification
Currently licensed as pharmacist with Oregon State Board of Pharmacy
Current BLS certification upon hire required and kept current henceforth
ACCP Board Certification preferred
Education and/or Experience
BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred; Five years hospital pharmacist; supervisory experience preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance
Long periods standing, Long periods sitting, must be able to lift 30 pounds
