Job Description:
Summary/Objective: We are looking for a full time NP or PA to work with our Pain Management Specialists. This individual will be utilized to evaluate patients with acute and chronic pain conditions and assist in creating and carry out the treatment plan. The APP will be trained by our Interventional Pain Specialists and closely collaborate to determine treatment modalities and medication approaches to alleviate patient’s suffering from a variety of maladies. We have a need for a full time APP for our growing communities in Columbia and Greene County, NY. The position is for an outpatient environment only. The applicant would be part of a hospital owned multispecialty group practice but would be part of a small office with the two Physicians, another full time APP and the support of a strong administrative team. You will enjoy an excellent collegial environment with a seasoned primary care referral source.
Setting Type (in or outpatient or both): Outpatient only
Facility Description: Standard office environment with additional procedures rooms and patient holding area.
Other Staff (MD’s, NP/PAs, MAs): MDs
Patients Per Day: 20
Hours: 4, 10-hour days Monday-Thursday
Call: No Call

Compensation will range between $110,000 - $150,000 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive.
