- Assist physicians with various clinical procedures and exams
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies

- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
