Quality Control Manger
Columbia Research Laboratories, a Manufacturers of Sensors used in Aerospace, military, and Industrial Markets, is looking to hire an experienced Quality Control Technician familiar with ISO 9001 and AS9100. A background in Government Contracting for Aerospace/Defense manufacturing is preferred. This position involves overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality management systems to enhance product integrity and safety.
Maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance.
Ensure proper documentation of quality control processes and maintain records as required by regulation.
Identify product defects and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Lead audits to maintain quality standards and certifications
Familiar with maintaining and implementing ISO 9001 and AS9100
Receive and inspect incoming components and materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
First Article inspection to AS9102 standards for our outgoing products before delivery to our customers.
Working with customers and government inspectors during audits and source inspections.
Basic skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and database management.
At least 5 years’ experience with good verbal and communication skills. A background in manufacturing or government contracting is preferred.
