Starting Pay Range - $20.80 - $22.89 / hour
Schedule - Tuesday through Friday 5a-130p; Saturday 630a-1p
Position Description :
Perform reception duties to include greeting, checking in, directing visitors, answering and coordinating clinic and / or medical appointments. Collect co-pays and insurance information.
Essential Job Functions :
- Front Desk, answer phones, Collect copays and insurance cards. Greet clients and visitors to the Clinic and notify appropriate staff of their arrival. Monitor Lobby as needed.
- Verify client personal data and provide required paperwork to clients as needed.
- Coordinate and collect necessary information / documentation to facilitate treatment.
- Schedule appointments for Provider and Clinicians.
- Assist with correspondence, faxing, copying.
- Maintain tracking reports.
- Maintain Petty Cash.
- Make reminder calls for client's appointments.
- Opening and closing duties assigned to clinic.
- Maintain necessary computer and hard copy files.
- Communicate any site maintenance needs to the Facilities Coordinator.
- Enter deadline - sensitive data into the computer information system in a timely manner. Perform all related self-check, error-correction, and date information functions according to timelines.
- Assist Intake Coordinator with Screening and Data Entry as needed.
- Cross train to alternate duties as necessary to cover inter-departmental and program needs.
- Work closely with compliance to ensure all compliance functions within the agency are being properly executed.
