Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the Administration and Communications team to ensure the smooth operation of administrative management control functions.
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to the General Manager on matters related to the operation and administration of CRPUD.
- Serving as Secretary for CRPUD Board of Directors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Public Administration, and a minimum of five years' experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
- At least two years' supervisory experience.
- At least two years' experience in communications activities such as planning and coordinating community events, giving presentations and participating in community and public relations events, writing and editing press releases and newsletters, etc.
- Demonstrated competency with personal computers in MS Office and using available technology to perform assigned job duties.
- A valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, preferred qualifications include:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Management and five years' combined experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
- At least two years' organizational risk management experience.
