We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative/Communications Manager who can provide visible and confident leadership while ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of personnel, equipment, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing and encouraging a dynamic, high-functioning work environment that fosters a safe and healthy work culture.
- Providing dedicated and confidential assistance to the General Manager as directed in all activities related to the General Manager's operation and administration of CRPUD.
- Serving as Secretary for CRPUD Board of Directors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Public Administration, and a minimum of five years' experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
- At least two years' supervisory experience.
- At least two years' experience in communications activities such as planning and coordinating community events, giving presentations and participating in community and public relations events, writing and editing press releases and newsletters, etc.
- Demonstrated competency with personal computers in MS Office and using available technology to perform assigned job duties.
- A valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $101,899.20 - $145,246.40 per year DOQ. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
