Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Security Officer to ensure the protection and safety of our property, personnel, customers, and visitors throughout the night. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting security patrols, handling incidents, assisting guests, and supporting the front desk with noise complaints as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine security patrols indoors and outdoors to maintain a safe environment.
- Investigate and document accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, fire hazards, and other security concerns.
- Assist customers and employees following department policies and procedures.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including delivering towels and assisting guests with luggage.
- Support front desk staff in handling noise complaints and ensuring guest comfort.
- Answering phones and assisting with late-night guest needs.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
