The Sales Support Specialist will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, while recommending solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to work with the public by promptly addressing customer needs will make you successful in this role.
The Sales Support Specialist will also work with internal teams to optimize the store for customer needs and demands. Maintaining product knowledge, managing item stocking, merchandising, and making recommendations to the purchasing teams to ensure our local market is served with the highest standard in customer service.
Ideal candidate qualities include:
- Actively engage with customers in person, via phone and email, etc.
- Answer customer questions about specific products/services
- Recommend and cross-sell products for client needs and satisfaction
- Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Check customers out with point-of-sale software and pick orders
- Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in troubleshooting working with the intent to efficiently resolve customer issues.
