The role of the Territory Account Manager will be responsible for selling products to current and prospective customers to generate and continually grow revenue.? The Account Manager is accountable for attaining volume, revenue, and margin growth targets within a defined territory by growing Columbia's share of existing customers through the sale of products and the acquisition of new customers.?
The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for items including but not limited to the following:
- Understand the characteristics and trends of all markets in the territory
- Research, identify, and market for growth opportunity
- Identify and grow opportunities within an existing client portfolio
- Research and understand buying trends, preferences, and business nuances
- Establish trust and build relationship up to strategic business partner status
- Advocate for the needs of clients internally and with vendors
- Development of product expertise for client and team collaboration
