Responsibilities:
The Receptionist / Office Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including:
1. Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
2. Maintaining accurate records, including filing and data entry
3. Coordinating appointments and meetings with staff members and external parties
4. Providing general administrative support to teachers, administrators, and other staff members
5. Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and security protocols
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. Experience working in an office setting, preferably in an educational or administrative role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
5. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
