The Facilities Manager Assistant is responsible for maintaining the school buildings and ensuring efficient management of the facility. Key duties include securing the building, conducting regular inspections, setting up for special programs, making minor repairs, and performing general labor as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accomplish all tasks in a professional manner.
- Secure building.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and report needed repairs on work order forms.
- Set up for special programs.
- Make minor repairs (chairs, tables, etc.).
- Perform general labor as needed: i.e., moving equipment, desks, tables, etc.
- Perform related duties as assigned by principal.

- Language Skills: Ability to read, product labels, and procedures. Ability to write effectively, and use e-mail correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimal numbers. Ability to calculate percentages, proportions, area, circumference, and volume.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
