Columbia Search Partners, Inc. invites applications from experienced Directors of Quality to lead quality management at a prominent US manufacturer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems that meet rigorous industry standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quality strategies to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Manage a team of 3 direct reports and 22-25 indirect reports, providing guidance and support to ensure quality goals are met.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, reducing waste and increasing productivity.
- Maintain ISO 9001 certification by continuously evaluating and refining quality processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality systems leadership and quality organization management.
- Expertise in SPC and Process Capability studies, with a strong understanding of lean principles.
- Proven track record of delivering quality improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- US citizenship is required.
