Columbia Skin Clinic is looking for a highly-skilled call center representative to join our team. The duties of the job include, but are not limited to, answering patient calls, making appointments, creating new patient accounts, verifying patient health insurance, routing clinical calls to appropriate team members, and providing routine non-medical information to patients and families in preparation for their visit(s).
Healthcare experience required. Dermatology office experience preferred. Experience with EMR a plus.
