Salary Range : $27.09 - $27.09The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.Position SummaryThis position is for a highly motivated and highly qualified individual with excellent communication, writing and organizationalskills, mathematical aptitude, with familiarity in online survey collection systems (e.g. REDCap), computerized reports fromanalysis, and with a strong interest in clinical, neuroscience, and psychiatric research. A one-year commitment required. Thisposition will expand one's clerical research experience.Responsibilities
Maintaining study regulatory materials,
Contacting study participants and recording responses as per protocol guidelines.
Assist the Principal Investigator in managing and auditing the data collection system for completion of tasks and entries (REDCap).
Prepare weekly meeting minutes and assist in uploading protocols, applications and study documents.
Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned / requested.Minimum Qualifications
Two years of college or completion of secretarial school or equivalent business experience plus a minimum of one to two years related experience.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (psychology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or related).Other Requirements
Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
Experience with REDCap system.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to resolve technical problems and issues and to interpret the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required for working with the study participants.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks.
Careful attention to detail.
