ColumbiaDoctors in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a BC / BE Urologist with specialty training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (inclusive of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery and / or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship training) to join our team.
The position includes an academic appointment at the Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor level with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the top-ranked multidisciplinary clinical and research teams in the country.
Additionally, NewYork-Presbyterian's Department of Urology was ranked #2 in the country by U.S. News and World Report in 2024. Since 1917, ColumbiaDoctors has been leading the way toward new and advanced treatments for urologic conditions and diseases. The position includes the opportunity to practice in Manhattan, Westchester County and Hudson Valley, NY.
The selected candidate will have an academic appointment at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University, and be eligible for all of the Columbia University benefits available for the faculty appointment.
Qualifications
- M.D. degree.
- Candidates must have NYS licences, DEA and Board certification / eligibility in Urology
- Specialty training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (inclusive of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery and / or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship training)
- Must be able to meet NewYork Presbyterian Hospital credentialing requirements.
