About the Role
The Medical Support Supervisor is responsible for:
- Providing direct supervision to departments, teams, and staff as assigned within the medical clinic
- Assisting with hiring and maintaining staff who strive for excellence
- Maximizing productivity for Providers and staff
- Demonstrating competency in providing patient care
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- A current Washington State Nursing License and CPR certification
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting, with a strong interest in developing leadership and management skills
