Job Description
The Medical Support Supervisor's primary responsibility is to provide direct supervision to departments, teams, and staff as assigned within the medical clinic. This includes managing daily operations related to clinical support staff duties, assisting with hiring, maintaining staff, and maximizing productivity for providers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to departments, teams, and staff as assigned within the medical clinic.

- Demonstrate competency in providing patient care and evaluating initial and annual staff competencies.
- Direct and coordinate care to align with CVCH clinical support services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- A current Washington State Nursing License.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinic or hospital setting, with a strong interest in developing leadership and management skills.
- Previous experience in community/migrant health centers preferred.
