Columbia Vehicle Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles and parts to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Prepare vehicles and parts for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer.
- Mix and apply paints and coatings according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain company-supplied paint spray guns and other equipment.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Repair defects by sanding, buffing, blending to maintain Customer Expectations.
- Assist in all aspects of the paint department for personal growth and knocwledge.
- Willing to train the right candidate.
