Job Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with Senior Management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans to include schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk strategies, and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion; liaising with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
Negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of resources; determine and assess need for additional staff and / or consultants and make the appropriate appointments if necessary during the project cycle..
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and other departments.
Other tasks as assigned by the CEO

Education and Experience Requirements
College Degree in communications, business, management, or technical discipline.
Certified Project Manager would be beneficial.
Time Requirement
Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Must have a flexible schedule.
