Essential duties:
- Load and unload of parts as required to assure production schedule is met and coordinate closely with production personnel
- Hang parts to ensure successful coating and spray for touch-up as needed
- Label parts and move them to the appropriate assembly area
- Clean and maintain equipment and area
- Ensure necessary supply of consumables and supplies; submit replenishment orders
- Monitor and maintain the proper performance of equipment in the wash and coating line
- Recommend process and systems improvements
Requirements
- Basic math skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Basic computer knowledge. Must know how to maneuver through work related screens, ie. work instruction, QW menu, routings, drawings, etc.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
