About the Position
We a looking for a Facilities Specialist I to join our team at our Administrative Annex in Medford, Oregon! The Facilities Specialist I will handle utilities across all regions. They will update spreadsheets, handle outages, and add and remove items as necessary. They will assist with scheduling preventive maintenance on quarterly and/or annual basis as applicable which could include furnace, storm drain, elevator, well water, fire extinguishers and alarm system vendors. The Facilities Specialist I will have good customer service, flexibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail and assist with schedule various vendor appointments such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, landscaping, and exterminator companies.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE/Credentials
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
What You’ll Need
- MUST have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- MUST have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software and become more proficient with computer work.
- Entry level clerical/maintenance position or relevant knowledge and familiarity with Apple Mac is a plus
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
