As a Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate, you will work as part of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation.
If you have experience as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiver for clients with behavioral health needs, then this position may be a great fit for you.
