About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Psychological Support Associate to join our team at McKenzie Ridge, a new state-licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon.
As a Psychological Support Associate, you will work collaboratively with our direct care team to provide psychological support and guidance to adults with serious mental illness.
Your key responsibilities will include participating in group and individual therapy sessions, providing emotional support, and assisting residents with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- PROVIDING PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO ADULTS WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS
- PARTICIPATING IN GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL THERAPY SESSIONS
- ASSISTING RESIDENTS WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS HOUSEKEEPING AND MEAL PREPARATION
- MAINTAINING ACCURATE CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING ON PROGRESS
