We are currently seeking a Residential Associate to join our team at Madrone Ridge, a state-licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon. As a member of our direct care team, you will support adults with serious mental illness in developing life skills and therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients in daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and grooming;
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving;
- Providing transportation to appointments and activities;
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and incident reports;
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential applies during work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am. A 5% language differential is offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working in a residential or outpatient setting is preferred.
About Our Facility: Madrone Ridge is a state-licensed SRTF providing a secure and supportive living environment for adults with serious mental illness. Our facility is located on the OSH Junction City Hospital campus, offering a home-like, ADA-accessible cottage environment.
