About the Role:
As an Activity Assistant at Columbine Commons, you will:
Empower residents to find joy in life and build meaningful relationships by conducting and assisting with a variety of independent and team-based activities.
Assist with activity planning and documentation.
Transport residents to/from activities and ensure activity spaces are neat and clean.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience as an Activity Assistant or similar role preferred.
Minimum 17 years of age required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skills:
Empathy, compassion, and patience while working with residents of varying abilities.
Creativity and adaptability while developing activities.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Attributes:
Positive attitude.
Respectfulness.

Enthusiasm.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15 - $16/hr. DOE
