Position Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is responsible for all shipping & receiving needs at Nationwide Arena.

Key responsibilities and duties:
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as necessary and route packages to appropriate offices and storage areas.
- Ensure proper paperwork and tracking documents are maintained and updated regularly.
- Inspect packages for damage when receiving.
- Operate machinery when loading, unloading, and transporting goods.
- Ensure proper and reliable communication with all departments within Nationwide Arena.
- Manage inventory/organization within storage areas to ensure package safety and accountability.
- Ensure efficient and safe operations and organization of loading dock and surrounding areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate push/pull carts, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push 100 pounds on wheels.
- Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hiring.
- High school diploma or GED.
Specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, internet, printers and faxes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast-paced worker.
- Detail and quality oriented.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Work independently and within a team.
