- Identifies, develops, and implements programs to be administered for personalized learning and summer experience procedures and responses. Works independently to answer general inquiries on matters involving the district.
- Provide first-hand technical aspects and procedures.
- Implemented best practices training programs and schedules.
- Maintains accurate record of assigned budget(s) including preparing requisitions, process purchase orders, ensuring expenditures are within approved budget(s).
- Collaborates with all offices of Academic Services, Transformation and Leadership, Accounts, and other Supportive Services.
- Responsible for equity and access in personalized learning for all families in the district with school-age children PreK-8.
- Supports personalized learning, summer school initiatives, and extended learning opportunities.
- Responsible for building personalized learning application tools for all delivery models (online, hybrid, blended or in-person).
- Supports effective communication with all stakeholders that bridges the gap between various perspectives.
- Receives and responds to inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding learning technology issues, policies and procedures, and services areas.
- Attends training, seminars, and conferences as necessary to maintain and enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in training and development
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in course design and project management principles.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
- Ability to relate, motivate and engage students.
- Advanced knowledge and firsthand experience in Excel functions, formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet manipulation.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, create pivot tables, generate reports, and interpret data trends and patterns.
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and conditional formatting
- Tools/Equipment Use: Desktop PC with keyboard and mouse, laptop, scanner, calculator, software, desk, and adjustable chair.
- Posture: Prolonged sitting and standing; occasional stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
- Motion: Frequent repetitive hand motions, including keyboarding and use of a mouse; occasional reaching
- Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying (less than 10 pounds)
- Environment: Works in office setting; may require occasional irregular hours and/or prolonged hours. Travel is required to attend district, community, and school meetings.
- Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position.
- Mental Demands: Maintains emotional control under stress; works with frequent interruptions .
