What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2019/20 Avalon Primary ES ES-Grade 1 position at Columbus City Schools?
Responsible for instructing 1st grade students in all core subjects in an elementary school environment. Creates lesson plans and provides instruction to students in the academic content areas of science, language arts, social studies, and mathematics. Works in collaboration with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress, and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program.
