What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graduation Coach (Part time Hourly) position at Columbus City Schools?
Our Graduation coach is a
veteran educator who works with our Cohort 2020 students•Commitment to a
maximum of 20 hours per week •They will weekly coach & monitor the
progress of students from Cohort 2020 - Direct contact with each student is
expected every week.•Grad Coaches will be working with: Cohort 2020 At-risk of
not graduating•Grad Coaches will maintain a weekly electronic Student Log, of
progress monitoring and evidence of coaching conducted with each student.•The
Grad Coach will maintain a Graduation Coach weekly electronic log of hours
worked each week.•The Grad Coach will participate in training that will develop
or enhance the skills necessary to support student success and manage and
report student progress.
