Cleans administrative offices, work rooms, break rooms, and restrooms; vacuums, dusts, empties trash cans, cleans toilets, shines mirrors and faucets, cleans sink basins and counters, and sweeps and mops floors.Sets up rooms as assigned; reviews diagrams; places tables, chairs, risers, stages, dance floors, podiums, AV equipment, and lighting as designated.Cleans floors; vacuums and shampoos carpets as needed.Breaks down rooms upon completion of events; returns all tables, chairs, and other equipment to appropriate storage areas.Cleans main hallways, restrooms, windows, and public use areas.Performs grounds maintenance duties; picks up trash; empties ash urns; cleans windows, polishes door knobs; pressure washes walkways as needed.Assists other City departments and customers in loading and unloading equipment and supplies.Carries tables, chairs, and boxes to external sites.Performs other related duties as assigned.
