What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial - Intermittent - G00 position at Columbus Consolidated Government?
- Performs janitorial duties which includes cleaning rest rooms, kitchen areas, vacuums carpets, scrubs and waxes floors, dusts, washes windows and performs other miscellaneous janitorial duties associated with maintaining clean buildings and facilities.
- Empties trash containers, sweeps parking lots and exterior walkways.
- Maintains inventory of all tools and supplies required to perform the duties of the position. Washes dishes, pots, and pans. Move boxes, furniture, and other miscellaneous items from one place to another.
- Changes light bulbs.
- Carries out a continuous effort to improve operations, work processes; and works cooperatively and jointly to provide continuous improvement and customer-driven service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
