We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Trainee. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on training and development in client relationship management. You will work closely with our experienced Client Relations team to learn best practices for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting the growth of our business.
Responsibilities of Our Client Relations Trainee:
- Learn and assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support the Client Relations team in responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Gain knowledge about the company’s products, services, and client needs to provide informed assistance
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups to better understand their expectations and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively
- Monitor and track client interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements
Client Relations Trainee Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM Platforms, and basic computer work
- Previous internship or experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus, but not required
