Description
Columbus Distributing Company is a family-owned sales and service corporation distributing Anheuser-Busch, Yuengling, craft, and imported beers in Franklin County, Ohio.
Routine building maintenance includes the following-
- Equipment maintenance and repair.
- Pick up and deliver parts and vehicles to the company on and off-site shops.
- Clean, and wash trucks and equipment.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift truck parts of 100 pounds overhead.
- Must be able to climb up and down a step ladder or into a truck cab.
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ability to operate equipment and machinery according to job requirements, i.e., cranes, forklifts, hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, and scissors jacks.
- Must have a high school education.
- Must possess or acquire a CDL class ‘A’ license (we provide the training but CDL must be obtained within 90 days of the starting date).
- Must possess or acquire a forklift license (within 90 days of starting date).
- Preferred 2-3 years of technical experience or training in general building maintenance.
- Must be able to write, speak, and understand English.
