Customer Service Representative - Ross Cleaners (closing shift) FT

Job Summary
Ross Cleaners (with Columbus Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order processing and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
• Bilingual abilities (English and another language) are a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
• Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client services.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

Tentative schedule will be as follows:

Monday-Friday 10am-6pm or 9:30am-6pm

Every other Saturday 9am-3pm (one day off during the week when working a Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
