- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients’ needs and concerns
- Accurately and efficiently gather and document patient information and concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals within our organization to assist with patient inquiries and concerns
- Utilize various software systems to input and retrieve information as needed
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and resources to effectively guide patients in the right direction
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and tact
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes is preferred
