Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing timely and effective communication via phone, email, and other forms of communication.
- Answer patient inquiries and provide information about services, billing, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and entered accurately in our system.
- Monitor and track patient satisfaction and feedback, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patients' needs are met and schedules are coordinated smoothly.
