What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Warehouse Manager position at Columbus Hospitality Management?
Essential Functions :
- Monitors incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Deliver received shipments to proper departments / locations as needed.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Complete and submit all required reports and paperwork.
- Collaborate with purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
- Providing a positive people-oriented work environment, designed to build morale.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a forklift certification.
- Follow all safety policies.
