Milkshake Artist

Job Summary

To greet guests as they arrive and set the tone for their experience when entering our restaurant. They should be greeted with a warm and friendly demeanor. Milkshake cashiers should be knowledgeable in milkshakes and ice cream items when speaking with guests.

Essential Functions

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Make traditional and signature milkshakes, sundaes and floats
• Recommend milkshakes, sundae bar and daily ice cream flavors.
• Take to go orders
• Ensure 1950's Corvette Car sundae bar topping station is always clean and stocked
• Payments are immediately entered into the micros system.
• Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Complete opening and closing side work.
• Maintain clean and stocked milkshake shop for guests use.
• Responsibilities also include filing orders, receiving money, and carrying out suggestive selling while managing all cash issued and received during the shift.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Thank the guests for their visit and invite them to return.
