Compensation : $17 to $19 per hour
Job Description :
Crossings Cafe, located in the Nationwide Building at The Yard in Grandview, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Cafe Cook to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends, and additional hours may become available depending on business levels. The Cafe Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and high-quality standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food prep and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures.
- Keep track of inventory and inform management of shortages or needed supplies.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and correctly.
