Summary:The Infusion Clinical Manager oversees patient care operations, including planning, organizing, and evaluating the clinic’s activities. They develop strategic goals and processes to enhance and improve the practice, while ensuring alignment with the mission, vision and values. Additionally, they manage and evaluate the performance of the patient care staff, promote collaboration within the practice, and take a leadership role in identifying and addressing factors that impact outcomes.Qualifications:
- Ohio Registered Nurse License
- BLS Certification
- Oncology Certified Nurse
- Available when the clinic is open and as needed
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for our patients, teammates, and community
- Adhere to budget, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance
- Promote Columbus Oncology and Hematology and F.O.L.L.O.W. culture.
- Ensure appropriate staffing including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and ongoing mentorship of newly hired staff. In addition, the management of equitable workloads, unplanned absences, daily schedules, and paid time off
- Foster evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
- Policy and procedure implementation and routine review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain appropriate supply of medications and medical supplies.
- Maintain value added services as appropriate.
