Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Assist with cash handling transactions when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computerized systems to track calls, document interactions, and manage customer accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems is essential.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
