What you need to know about this position:
- The Manager – Revenue Integrity provides leadership and oversight of Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, charge capture process and accuracy, auditing and quality support for improved revenue outcomes.
- Leading a team of 3-6 direct reports, this position will have responsibility and oversight in hospital revenue cycle operations, denials management and prevention, charge capture processes and validation, and hospital revenue cycle operations.
- The annualized salary range for this position is between $87,742 - $124,092. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The base pay compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- This position is a salaried/exempt position and will have general hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ET though flexible hours may be necessary to meet the needs of our business and patients.
- This position is eligible for partial remote work - meaning travel to onsite (in Columbus, IN) is required multiple times per year.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience, Masters degree preferred
- At least 5 years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years of healthcare finance, revenue integrity, coding, or accounts receivable management experience required
- Two years of supervisory/management experience or equivalent functional experience required
- Proficient knowledge of charge master components (CPT codes, HCPC’s, Revenue Codes, Cost Centers) and experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements, payer requirements and third-party reimbursement required
- Epic clinical and/or revenue cycle applications experience strongly preferred
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, required to sit, occasionally required to stand, walk, uses hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms; the employee must occasionally lift and/more up to 10lbs.
