CSG Fellowship Program
Each year, CSG aims to hire a cohort of CSG Fellows to work beginning in August until June of the following year. The Fellows program is designed as a year-long educational opportunity for early career educators. Fellows spend a full calendar year, learning and growing alongside established educators. In addition to a foundational understanding of best practices in education, Fellows will focus on supporting our Institute for Innovation & Leadership. Under the direction of the Head of School, Fellows spend the year learning core skills within their specific field and how to teach and convey their ideas for a variety of constituencies. They are able to practice their skills in real time both in and out of the classroom, while also working each day in various aspects of the school. Each fellow is paired with a coach within their desired specialty and a seasoned educational leader who will provide feedback and coaching throughout the year.
Compensation & Benefits
Each fellow will begin in the Fall and earn an introductory teacher salary and benefits. Fellows will also participate in both elected and required professional development opportunities within and outside of the school community.
