Job Summary
The Library Multimedia Technician provides expertise to students, staff and faculty regarding software and media equipment, and performs setups and strikes in our event space. This position also collaborates with library staff regarding graphics for promotional materials.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Customer Service
- Performs various basic-level technical duties in the Multimedia Support Center. Provides technical support to end users and others. Provides orientation and audio / visual assistance to students, faculty, and staff in the use of the multimedia support inside the Library studio and lab.
