The Leadership Institute
Job Summary
This position reports to the Director of The Leadership Institute. This position will be responsible for program coordination, client experience, and assisting in business development, and progress tracking to measure impact of efforts. Responsibilities will include coordination, communication, and promotion of The Leadership Institute, as well as assisting in the identification of possible new business and maintaining contact with and engaging clients in a variety of formats. Provide overall support for leadership development training, coaching and curriculum development. He/she will assist the Director with special projects, as assigned.
Responsibilities
Significant Duties & Responsibilities include: Primary Focus- Research, gather, and analyze data for special projects and program evaluations (20%).; Coordinate client activities and manage vendor/consultant interactions for events such as leadership development sessions, retreats, conferences, team-building, coaching, and program graduations (20%).; Assist the Director with monthly financial processes, including client invoicing, report collection for monthly balancing, and inventory/supply management (20%).; Ensure all projects are organized and meet client timelines and deliverable requirements (10%).; Manage existing certifications (e.g., SHRM recertification database) and identify new continuing education certifications, including tracking CEUs and quarterly reporting (10%).; Maintain and engage current and prospective clients through social media, newsletters, emails, surveys, and events (10%).; Engage consultants by preparing training materials and managing speaker agreements (5%).; Develop and manage content for social media platforms and distribute monthly newsletters (5%). Secondary Focus- Enhance The Leadership Institute's (TLI) brand perception through community engagement initiatives.; Monitor Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from the State of Georgia and Federal government.; Stay informed of leadership development trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading industry materials, and engaging in relevant networks and organizations.; Identify best practices and emerging trends in leadership development to inspire new sessions and workshops.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications include: Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business, or a related field.; Experience in content development for social media platforms and training programs.; Experience in developing, coordinating and delivering professional development programming.; The ability/flexibility to travel to client sites (domestic) overnight as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications include: Experience with PeopleSoft, TouchNet, and any other finance reporting and payment software, preferred.; Knowledge on assessing business needs and planning business strategies for growth preferred.
Proposed Salary
The proposed annualized salary range for this position is $51,503 - $56,441 and includes full benefits.
