What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator - Full-time (Internal Applicants Only) position at Columbus Technical College?
Responsibilities:
- Assists prospective students with the admission and readmission process;
- Provides information to prospective students about admissions document requirements, programs offered, testing requirements, etc.;
- Coordinates all daily Admissions procedures;
- Ensures college and high school transcripts and verifies in-state residency;
- Evaluate transcripts to transfer credit to Columbus Technical College;
- Provides information by telephone, written correspondence, and in person to interested parties regarding applicant procedures and admission requirements;
- Supervises Student Affairs staff to ensure accuracy and integrity of data entry into all student data management systems;
- Plans and implements communication to prospective students regarding Admissions;
- Processes, completes, and maintain necessary documentation, transactions, records, etc. pertaining to enrollment; and
- Other duties as assigned

Salary/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include state holidays, annual leave, and sick leave, State of Georgia Retirement, Health and Flexible Benefits Program.
