What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Design Adjunct Instructor (Economic Development) position at Columbus Technical College?
The position requires classroom facilitation skills as well as computer proficiency in Graphic Design and Microsoft software: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A minimum of three years’ work experiences in a computer related field within the past five years. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Technology, and/or related field preferred. This is a part-time/non-exempt position.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and teach Graphic Design
- Prepare lesson plans and class schedule
- Select and obtain appropriate educational materials, equipment and supplies
- Monitor use of and maintain supplies, equipment and/or facilities for assigned program
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Associate or Bachelors’ Degree in Graphic Design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other software
- Minimum of three (3) years’ work experiences in graphic design
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
- Ability to travel within 90-minute radius
